The holiday season is very much upon us, if Argos’ polystyrene-snow-filled windows are anything to go by. What better time to tell you about The Hungover Cookbook? The book is the result of a collaboration between author Milton Crawford and brand design hotshop 300million (my old manor).
Milton did the words, Graeme did the design, Katie did the food pics and I did the character illustrations. And you can buy it here. The book (a lovely little case bound thing) is published by Random House imprint Square Peg.
If you need any more convincing, style-bible Monocle magazine have put it in their 2010 Christmas gift guide and Tyler Brûlé certainly knows his onions. Or oignons as he no doubt puts it.
*Stop press*
As of March 2011, the Hungover Cookbook has shifted more than 30,000 copies since publication in October 2010, and has been printed in the Netherlands, Finland, Germany and the United States as well as in the UK. That’s a lot of hangovers.
